Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience to join our team in Akron, OH. This Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery - from preconstruction through closeout - ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost control.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Work closely with field superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead project meetings, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Track and report on project financials, forecasts, and performance.
• Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating and value engineering as needed.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects up to $5m from precon to closeout preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project (or similar software).
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
