Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather essential project information.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Monitor market trends and material costs to ensure up-to-date and competitive estimates.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior estimators, fostering their professional growth.
• Review and refine estimates to align with client expectations and company goals.
• Participate in project bid presentations and negotiations as needed.

Profile

A successful Lead Estimator should have:
