Description

The Electrical Engineering Lead - Hybrid will be responsible for the following:

• Lead hardware design and development for electrical systems used in manufacturing equipment and products.
• Oversee PCB design, power electronics, and embedded hardware development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and manufacturing) to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Drive root cause analysis and troubleshooting for electrical issues in production and field environments.
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation of new hardware designs.
• Partner with suppliers and vendors for component selection and cost optimization.

Profile

The ideal Electrical Engineering Lead - Hybrid will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on hardware design; 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in PCB layout, circuit design, power systems, and embedded hardware.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, reliability testing, and quality standards.
• Experience with CAD tools (Altium, OrCAD, etc.) and simulation software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
