Description
The Electrical Engineering Lead - Hybrid will be responsible for the following:
- Lead hardware design and development for electrical systems used in manufacturing equipment and products.
- Oversee PCB design, power electronics, and embedded hardware development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and manufacturing) to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.
- Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
- Drive root cause analysis and troubleshooting for electrical issues in production and field environments.
- Support prototype development, testing, and validation of new hardware designs.
- Partner with suppliers and vendors for component selection and cost optimization.

Profile
The ideal Electrical Engineering Lead - Hybrid will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on hardware design; 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in PCB layout, circuit design, power systems, and embedded hardware.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, reliability testing, and quality standards.
- Experience with CAD tools (Altium, OrCAD, etc.) and simulation software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
