EHS Specialist
This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations by developing, implementing, and maintaining programs that minimize risk and promote workplace safety. The role involves conducting audits, managing training initiatives, analyzing incident trends, and providing technical guidance to support continuous improvement across all operations.

Description
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Provide training to employees on EHS protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and manage waste disposal and environmental impact processes.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.

Profile
- BA/BS degree in safety/environmental related field of study
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience applying OSHA and EPA regulations, with strong knowledge of compliance standards.
- Professional credentials such as ASP or CHMM preferred, along with prior exposure to industrial hygiene and environmental waste management.
- A strong understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to implement and manage EHS programs effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for training and collaboration.
