Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multifamily residential projects from groundbreaking through completion. This role provides the opportunity to lead large-scale, amenity-rich communities that define modern living in New Jersey.

Description

• Manage all aspects of multifamily residential projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Oversee subcontractors, consultants, and design teams from preconstruction to closeout
• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules while resolving field challenges proactively
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, code compliance, and safety requirements
• Communicate updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders regularly
• Foster collaborative relationships with architects, engineers, and local officials

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily construction
• Proven track record delivering mid-rise or high-rise apartment projects
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgets, contracts, and scheduling
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with construction technology platforms (Procore or similar) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
