Superintendent - Commercial Interiors

This role is ideal for a Superintendent who thrives in a smaller GC environment and wants ownership of full‑cycle interior construction projects. You'll manage high‑quality restaurant, Class‑A office, and medical TI work across Miami‑Dade and Broward.

Description

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations for interior renovation and TI projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and safety programs.
• Execute restaurant, Class‑A office, and medical interiors work with high craftsmanship.
• Maintain daily logs, look‑ahead schedules, and quality control standards.
• Deliver projects from mobilization through final closeout with minimal oversight.

Profile

• 7-8+ years of Superintendent experience.
• Strong commercial interiors background (TI, restaurants, offices, medical).
• Proven ability to run projects independently end‑to‑end.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and strong communicator.

Job Offer

• Salary up to $125K
• Full healthcare (~90% paid by company)
• 401(k) with 4% company match
• Annual bonus 5-10%
