Superintendent - Commercial Interiors
Client Details
A rapidly growing commercial general contractor delivering office, retail, restaurant, and medical interior projects across the Tri‑County region. Their projects typically range from $100K to $3M, with a healthy pipeline that continues to expand and strengthen year over year. Description
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations for interior renovation and TI projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and safety programs.
- Execute restaurant, Class‑A office, and medical interiors work with high craftsmanship.
- Maintain daily logs, look‑ahead schedules, and quality control standards.
- Deliver projects from mobilization through final closeout with minimal oversight.
Profile
- 7-8+ years of Superintendent experience.
- Strong commercial interiors background (TI, restaurants, offices, medical).
- Proven ability to run projects independently end‑to‑end.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and strong communicator.
Job Offer
- Salary up to $125K
- Full healthcare (~90% paid by company)
- 401(k) with 4% company match
- Annual bonus 5-10%
- $500/month vehicle & cell allowance
