Lead Superintendent - Multifamily (Raleigh, NC)
Lead Superintendent to oversee multifamily projects in Raleigh. This is a key role for someone with extensive experience managing complex residential builds.
Client Details
A well-established Raleigh based General Contractor with a strong pipeline of multifamily projects in the Raleigh market.
Description
- Manage and supervise all phases of multifamily construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays during the construction process.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
Profile
A successful Lead Superintendent - Multifamily should have:
- A strong background in construction management, particularly in multifamily projects.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
