We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of construction projects within the property industry. This role will focus on coordinating tasks, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget in Tampa, FL.

Description

  • Assist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
  • Support senior project managers in resolving on-site challenges and conflicts.
  • Track and report progress, identifying potential delays and recommending solutions.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates as required.
