Retail/QSR Construction Project Manager
A growing general contractor with a $60M portfolio is hiring a Project Manager to oversee retail, big box, and QSR construction projects across California, Arizona, and Texas. This role offers a competitive salary of $110K-$140K, plus full benefits, 401(k), and the chance to lead high-impact builds in diverse markets.

I'm partnering with a mid-sized general contractor that's making waves across California, Arizona and Texas. With annual revenues around $60M and a strong pipeline of retail-focused projects, they're looking to bring on a Retail/QSR Construction Project Manager who knows the ins and outs of big box retail and quick serve restaurant (QSR) construction.
Description
What You'll Be Doing as Retail/QSR Construction Project Manager in San Diego:
- Leading ground-up and tenant improvement building and construction projects from precon through closeout
- Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Collaborating with a tight-knit team that values transparency and accountability
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Retail/QSR Construction Project Manager in commercial construction
- Proven track record in retail, big box, and QSR builds
- Strong understanding of construction processes, permitting, and scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as needed
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 DOE
