Our client is is a certified DBE/WBE/SBE landscaping company based in NJ, specializing in public works and heavy highway landscape construction across NY, NJ, and PA. They offer services such as planting, erosion control, wetland mitigation, hydroseeding, tree removal, grading, irrigation, drainage, and soil stabilization, operating under the motto 'Doing it Right, On Time, and On Budget'.

Description

• Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety measures on-site.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts to keep the project moving forward.
• Ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
