Senior Scheduler- Multifamily General Contractor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team in Davie, Florida, with a strong background in P6 and multifamily construction. This individual will play a key leadership role, guiding project schedules and mentoring junior schedulers to support large-scale projects.

Description

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 for multifamily and related projects.

• Partner with project teams to provide scheduling expertise, ensuring accurate sequencing and milestone tracking.

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in aligning field operations with project timelines.

• Lead scheduling meetings, analyze progress, and proactively identify risks or delays.

• Mentor and coach a team of schedulers, providing guidance and building departmental capabilities.

• Report directly to the Director and serve as a trusted scheduling advisor on high-profile projects.

Profile

• 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Planner/Scheduler within the construction industry.

• At least 3 years of consistent P6 experience, with the ability to build and manage complex schedules.

• Prior experience with a General Contractor in multifamily construction strongly preferred.

• Field background as a Project Manager or Superintendent is a plus.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to elevate the performance of junior schedulers.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Job Offer
