Project Manager
The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects within the property industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a focus on delivering high-quality results in Central, PA.

Description
- Plan and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and schedules effectively.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials and equipment.
- Lead project meetings and communicate expectations clearly to team members.
