Description
- Lead on-site construction for commercial projects up to $100M
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and project execution
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with Project Managers and internal teams
- Drive project delivery from ground-up through closeout
Profile
A successful (Sr.) Superintendent should have:
- Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the business services industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project management principles.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and implement effective solutions.
- A track record of delivering high-quality projects in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
