Description
As the Interior Superintendent, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a 20,000 sqft academic renovation project, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing subcontractors and site logistics
- Coordinating with the Lead Superintendent and project team
- Overseeing interior finishes and small site work
- Maintaining project schedules and look-aheads
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are met

Profile
You're a seasoned Interior Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced environments and can independently manage interior projects up to $3-5M.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Proven success managing interior renovation projects independently
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a Lead Superintendent
