Estimator - Remote
This is an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to work remotely within the Estimating department of the commercial construction industry. The role focuses on providing accurate cost estimates and contributing to the overall success of various projects.

The employer is a well-established company in the Construction industry with a strong presence in the market. They operate as a medium-sized organization, offering a range of services and solutions to clients in the Commercial sector.
Description
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather information and ensure accuracy in estimates.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Track and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Provide support during the bidding process by preparing proposals and related documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labor costs.
- Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
- 3+ years in Estimator role
- Field experience is nice to have
- Longevity and growth in previous roles
- Experience in preparing cost estimates for construction projects within the Construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in estimates.
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- An understanding of construction processes, materials, and labor costs.
- A proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving project outcomes.
Job Offer
- Base salary ranging from $104,000 up to $135,000 for senior-level candidates.
- 80% health coverage with an HSA contribution of $750-$1750.

- Unlimited PTO, 10 sick days, and 8 holidays annually.
