Construction Superintendent- Multifamily, K-12
This role leads multifamily or K-12 projects from the field, owning daily site execution and team coordination. You will run safe, organized jobs with support from a deep project management bench.

Description
* Oversee daily field operations from mobilization through closeout
* Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and inspections
* Enforce safety standards and quality control across all trades
* Coordinate closely with Project Managers and support staff
* Develop assistant superintendents and field leadership talent
Profile
* 5+ years as a Superintendent or Senior Assistant Superintendent
* Experience in multifamily (podium preferred) or K-12 projects
* Strong knowledge of site safety and construction sequencing
* Confident leader who communicates clearly on site
* Open to primarily local projects with limited travel as needed
Job Offer
* $100,000-$130,000 base salary plus bonuses
* Guaranteed annual and project bonuses totaling ~$25k-$30k
* ESOP ownership, 401(k) with 3% match, and $600/month vehicle allowance
* 3-4 weeks PTO, strong benefits, and a clear path to senior leadership
