Description
In this Manufacturing Engineer role you will:
- Design, program, and test automated manufacturing equipment
- Maintain documentation for automation processes
- Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate automation systems
- Design fixtures and improve process throughput
- Collaborate with production and engineering on design changes
- Support equipment procurement and installation
- Drive cost savings and quality improvements
- Ensure processes meet safety and capacity standards
- Participate in cross-functional teams and special projects
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related career.
- Experience with molding polyurethanes, polyethylene, and epoxies for bonding and encapsulation
- 2+ years hands-on automation and production experience
- Strong programming and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma
