Description

In this Manufacturing Engineer role you will:

• Design, program, and test automated manufacturing equipment
• Maintain documentation for automation processes
• Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate automation systems
• Design fixtures and improve process throughput
• Collaborate with production and engineering on design changes
• Support equipment procurement and installation
• Drive cost savings and quality improvements
• Ensure processes meet safety and capacity standards
• Participate in cross-functional teams and special projects

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related career.
• Experience with molding polyurethanes, polyethylene, and epoxies for bonding and encapsulation
• 2+ years hands-on automation and production experience
• Strong programming and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma
