Local Superintendent - Adaptive Re-Use Projects
We are seeking a Superintendent with proven experience managing Adaptive Reuse projects in Chicago to join our growing team. Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for adaptive reuse projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain efficient workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Direct experience with Adaptive Reuse projects in Chicago.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes.
- OSHA certification preferred.
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
