Becoming an intricate part of the project management team, the Project Coordinator, will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project management team throughout each phase of the project life-cycle.

Description

The Project Coordinator will:

  • Manage client and contractor relations and communication
  • Performs clerical duties to include scanning, copying and creating/maintaining job folders for all construction projects
  • Assist the project managers in maintaining construction project cost accounting
  • Assist the project managers in collecting and tracking costs for ongoing projects.
  • Utilizing Procore, creates, tracks, and process all contracts and change orders for projects
  • Provides on-going support to contractors involved with current projects and initiates contractors payment applications, lien waivers, certified payroll, and MBE / WBE participation forms for consolidation into monthly payment reports to clients
  • Acts in accordance with the values of the company and comply with all company processes and procedures

Profile

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred
  • 1+ years of prior administrative experience at a general contractor or subcontractor
  • Accounting experience preferred
  • Must possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Procore
  • Experience working with payment waivers, change orders, ability to code pay applications
