Traveling Superintendent | Light Industrial
The Superintendent will oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for cooperate interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires hands-on leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of construction processes.

Description
- Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth workflows.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, logs, and reports.
- Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders effectively.
- Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams to promote productivity and teamwork.
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience managing on-site construction activities within the building and construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, safety standards, and building codes.
- Expericne working in the Philadelphia market
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
- The ability to solve problems quickly and maintain attention to detail.
Job Offer
