Talent Development Specialist | Legal | NYC
The Talent Development Specialist will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing programs to enhance associate growth and performance. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fostering professional development in the legal industry. This role requires an onsite presence four days a week.

Description
- Develop and oversee talent development programs, including new associate training and mentorship initiatives.
- Collaborate with practice group leaders to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs, making improvements as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in professional development.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership showcasing program outcomes and insights.

Profile
A successful Talent Development Specialist should have:
- At least three years of Talent Development, Professional Development, or Learning & Development within a law firm (required).
- Bachelors degree (required).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage employees effectively.
- Proven ability to design and implement impactful training programs.
- Knowledge of best practices and trends in the legal industry.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Ability to work onsite four days a week in Manhattan.
Job Offer
