Sales Representative - Labels - Ohio
We're currently seeking a true hunter - a driven, results-oriented sales professional who excels at opening doors, landing new business, and building lasting client relationships based in Ohio.
Client Details
We are a fast-growing label manufacturer specializing in pressure-sensitive labeling solutions for the food and beverage industry. From emerging craft brands to established national names, we help products stand out on the shelf with high-quality, customized label solutions.
Description
Drive New Business: Proactively identify, target, and secure new accounts within the food and beverage sector.
Build Strategic Relationships: Connect with brand managers, packaging engineers, and procurement professionals to promote our label solutions.
Understand the Market: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and the evolving needs of food and beverage clients.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams including production, customer service, and design to deliver seamless client solutions.
Maintain Sales Activity: Keep accurate records in the CRM, forecast revenue, and report progress to leadership.
Profile
Hunter Mentality: Proven track record of prospecting and winning new business from scratch.
Industry Knowledge: Experience selling into food and beverage, packaging, or labeling industries strongly preferred.
Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets through a consultative sales approach.
Strong Communicator: Professional, persuasive, and clear in both written and verbal communication.
Self-Starter: Capable of independently managing a sales pipeline and working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
