Superintendent - Brambleton, VA - Ground Up Shopping Mall

Our client is actively seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of a large-scale strip mall/shopping center renovation project in Brambleton, VA. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established, mid-sized general contractor that's been delivering award-winning work across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast for nearly 50 years

Description

As the lead Superintendent, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on-site from mobilization to closeout. While experience breaking ground is not necessary, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated success running projects independently through all phases-scheduling, coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, ensuring site safety, and driving timely delivery.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys working on complex renovation projects.

Profile

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction

• Proven ability to run projects from start to finish without constant oversight

• Strong knowledge of site logistics, trade coordination, and schedule management

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to build rapport with field staff, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

Job Offer

• Base salary up to $140K+ (commensurate with experience)
