Northeast General Manager of Sales - HVAC Equipment

you will lead a high-performing team within a global leader in air filtration and HVAC solutions. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across the Northeast

With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and indoor air quality, our client combines global resources with local expertise to deliver clean air solutions that protect people, processes, and the environment.

Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain P&L for the Northeast
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Profile

A successful applicant should have:

  • A strong background in sales within the manufacturing or HVAC industry - REQUIRED
  • Experience overseeing P&L
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
