Integrated Supply Chain Manager
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for executing production planning and sourcing activities to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and finished goods at the Monongahela, PA site. This role requires balancing cost, production, inventory, and demand while coordinating closely with suppliers, logistics, operations, and other internal stakeholders.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Planning: Analyze supply/demand gaps, forecast changes, and recommend corrective actions to avoid shortages or surpluses.
- Supply Planning: Develop and maintain short- and long-term production and material requirements plans (MRP) to support customer demand and production schedules.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and lead times to balance supply continuity with working capital optimization.
- Procurement Execution: Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services based on site requirements and approved purchase requisitions.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with local and regional suppliers. Evaluate vendor performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Purchase Order Management: Create, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system. Monitor PO status and follow up on overdue or urgent deliveries.
- Cost Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions to ensure best value. Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a site-based or industrial environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Required)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of contract terms, Incoterms, and procurement best practices.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of local supplier markets and logistics practices.
- Experience in a manufacturing, energy, or chemical environment.
