Junior Estimator
An established General Contractor in Miami is seeking a Junior Estimator to join their preconstruction team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse commercial projects, assisting in preparing bids and developing accurate cost proposals.

Our client is a reputable General Contractor with a strong presence in South Florida, specializing in commercial construction projects ranging from retail and office to industrial and mixed-use developments. Description
Assist in preparing competitive bids and proposals for commercial construction projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Work closely with project managers and senior estimators to ensure alignment on budgets and project scopes.
Maintain cost databases and historical project records to support future estimates.
Profile
2+ years of experience as an estimator, preferably with a General Contractor.
Proven ability to put together bids on commercial construction projects.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Team-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Offer
Competitive salary in the range of $75,000 - $90,000, based on experience.
