Description

  • Manage eDiscovery platforms and tools to support litigation processes efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance to legal teams on eDiscovery workflows and best practices.
  • Assist in data collection, processing, and review to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate case-related technology needs.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all eDiscovery activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to litigation technology systems.

Profile

A successful eDiscovery & Litigation Technology Analyst should have:

  • Proficiency in managing eDiscovery platforms and tools.
  • Relativity Certified
  • Experience with Everlaw
  • Strong understanding of litigation workflows and processes.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with legal teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in the business services industry.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
