Description

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance activities for all equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to support manufacturing and engineering operations.
