Description

Responsibilities for Senior Project Engineer - Multifamily Construction

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review construction plans and specifications to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and address any challenges promptly.
  • Support the team in meeting all client expectations and achieving project milestones.
