Join one of Ohio's most respected and award-winning builders as a Project Manager within their rapidly growing Multifamily Division. For over 40 years, this firm has delivered some of the region's most impactful developments-known for its craftsmanship, integrity, and ability to bring complex projects to life.
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of ground-up and adaptive reuse multifamily projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll collaborate closely with ownership, design teams, and field leadership to drive successful project execution while mentoring project engineers and assistant PMs.
Description
- Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience on multifamily construction projects (wood frame, podium, or mixed-use).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and related construction management tools.
Profile
- Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from preconstruction to completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.
- Procure and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify scope gaps and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to ensure on-time execution.
- Drive safety compliance, cost control, and overall client satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop project engineers and assistant project managers.
