Project Manager- Warehouse Experience

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in warehouse construction to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage industrial or warehouse projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

  • Lead and manage warehouse construction projects, ensuring successful execution.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Oversee procurement, permitting, and subcontractor negotiations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges efficiently.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial/industrial construction.

  • Warehouse or industrial construction experience is required.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and safety standards.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
