Senior Project Manager
My client is a reputable GC out of the Southeast and is making an exciting expansion into the Indy GC space, with a lot of local ties. The Senior Project Manager will be working in tandem with the Regional Mgr. and General Mgr. of the Indy market to continuously drive growth across Indy, oversee their large scale project pipeline, and help scale operations. The plan for this individual is to quickly move into a Project Executive role overseeing all of Indianapolis.

Description
The Senior Project Manager will:
- Lead large‑scale healthcare and pharmaceutical construction projects ranging from $20M-$50M+.
- Work directly with the President and Regional Mgr to keep on growing the company in Indy
- Drive overall project strategy, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to PMs, APMs, and field teams.
- Oversee all project documentation and execution using Procore to ensure quality, safety, and alignment.
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial or industrial construction project management
- Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale or technically complex projects
- Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and scheduling software
- Strong financial acumen, contract knowledge, and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership, communication, and team development abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-level client relationships
