Description
- Oversee all construction phases, from site preparation to project handover
- Lead and coordinate field teams to ensure efficient execution
- Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones
- Enforce strict safety protocols and uphold quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize project delays
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor budgets and control costs to stay within financial targets
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress
- Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contract compliance

Profile
- Proven experience (7+ years) in managing data center construction projects from start to finish. Non-Negotiable
- Must be willing to travel. Non-negotiable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-site teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and subcontractors
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards, processes, and best practices. Non-Negotiable
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and budgets effectively
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve challenges efficiently and keep projects on track
- A solid track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring contract compliance
Job Offer
- A competitive base salary range of around $140,000 to $230,000 yearly, depending on experience.
