Multifamily Superintendent - GC with Backlog

The Multifamily Superintendent will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role is critical in managing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relationships in the construction industry.

Description

The Multifamily Superintendent will be expected to:

• Manage all on-site activities for multifamily construction projects, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to stay on track.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean, safe job site.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide updates on project status.
• Review and approve project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company and client standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
