Project Manager (Custom Homes Construction)

We're hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role balances schedule, cost, and quality while partnering closely with field leadership and clients.

Description

• Manage all phases of custom home construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet design and construction requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality expectations.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project progress and updates.
• Resolve construction-related challenges to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations in Pompano Beach.

Profile
