Construction Superintendent - K-12
The Construction Superintendent - K-12 will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects within the K-12 education sector, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

Description
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for K-12 projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve construction challenges.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
- Oversee subcontractors and laborers, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and site conditions.
