As the Superintendent, you will report directly to senior project leadership and take full ownership of on‑site delivery from mobilization through close‑out. You will be the face of the project in the field, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.- Lead day‑to‑day site operations on commercial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
- Enforce site safety standards and company policies at all times
- Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
- Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure budget and schedule alignment
- Ensure quality control across all trades and scopes of work
- Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and design teams
Profile
For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:- Proven experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
- Ground up project experience exceeding $10M
- Background delivering projects such as education, healthcare, retail, or faith‑based facilities
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods across multiple trades
- Ability to lead subcontractors and field teams with authority and respect
- High standards for jobsite safety, quality, and organization
- Strong communication skills and a solutions‑focused mindset
- Willingness to work on local and regional commercial projects
