- Project portfolio includes, but is not limited to: K12, municipal, office, industrial, and higher education projects
Description
- Communicate clear project objectives to the Project participants, and accurately evaluate status and progress.
- Overall financial responsible for the profitability of the project, on-time schedule completion, quality of work installed, and safety culture on the jobsite.
- Effective change order management for subcontracts and owner contract.
- Forecasting of all project costs.
- Reporting of project progress with regard to budget, schedule.
Profile
- 10+ years of commercial project estiamating experience
- Project experience with values ranging from $20M-$75M+
- Public & private project sector experience
- Experience preparing self-perform bids (concrete, blocking, other miscellaneous self perform scopes of work)
- Project pre-planning to include staffing, status meetings to discuss strategy
- Overall construction process
- Experience with Plan Takeoffs, Quanity Analysis, Estimating
Job Offer
- Competitive Base Salary ($125,000 - 160,000 depending on experience and tenure)
