OSHPD Senior Superintendent - Ground Up Build

Description

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities for ground-up builds, ensuring alignment with OSHPD standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop and execute project plans effectively.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring proper execution of tasks and maintaining safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and safety records.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving any concerns promptly.
