Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure projects from start to finish.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors effectively.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on quality and efficiency.
Profile
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- PMP certification is a plus.
