Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end construction projects, specifically luxury country clubs, resorts, and hospitality facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing upscale, detail-oriented builds with a strong emphasis on quality, client service, and timely delivery.

Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.

• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and contractors.

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement of materials and subcontractors.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.

• Review and interpret project documents (e.g., blueprints, contracts, change orders).

• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and risk mitigation.

• Ensure exceptional finishes and attention to detail befitting luxury hospitality standards.

• Manage permitting and inspections in coordination with local agencies.

• Lead weekly meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 5+ years of experience in project management for construction projects, with at least 3 years focused on hotels, resorts, or country clubs.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors on high-profile projects.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera).

• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

• Experience working with high-end clients and luxury design teams.

• Familiarity with green building practices and LEED certification.

• Background in renovations and phased construction for operating hospitality venues.
