NYC Project Manager

This is a dynamic and hands-on role for a seasoned project manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of commercial interiors. You'll be responsible for steering complex fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet design intent, budget constraints, and client expectations.

Description

• Oversee all phases of commercial interior projects, from pre-construction planning through final handover.

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Lead client meetings, provide regular updates, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor site progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure compliance with NYC building codes and safety regulations.

• Champion quality control and ensure that design standards are upheld throughout construction.

• Understand NYC building codes, permitting processes, and site logistics.
