NYC Project Manager
This is a dynamic and hands-on role for a seasoned project manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of commercial interiors. You'll be responsible for steering complex fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet design intent, budget constraints, and client expectations.

Description
Oversee all phases of commercial interior projects, from pre-construction planning through final handover.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Lead client meetings, provide regular updates, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor site progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure compliance with NYC building codes and safety regulations.
Champion quality control and ensure that design standards are upheld throughout construction.

You will likely stand out if you:
Have 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior fit-outs, ideally in New York City.
Possess strong budgeting, scheduling, and procurement skills.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Are adept at solving problems proactively and keeping projects moving forward.
Understand NYC building codes, permitting processes, and site logistics.
Thrive in a collaborative, design-focused environment with multiple stakeholders.
Can juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
