Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for sales growth within the Capital Equipment Food Packaging industry, focusing on driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage regional sales initiatives and achieve targets.

Description
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners within the Food Packaging Capital Equipment industry.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
- Represent the company at Packaging trade shows, events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.

Profile
A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:
- A strong background in sales development within the Food Packaging and Capital Equipment industry.
- Ability to travel within the Central US territory, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Minnesota
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
