Project Manager - Luxury Residential/Multifamily

An established general contractor in Miami is seeking a skilled Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing luxury multifamily or high-end residential construction projects. Description

  • Oversee and manage all phases of luxury residential and multifamily projects from pre-construction through closeout.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement processes.

  • Lead weekly progress meetings and provide regular updates to ownership and senior leadership.

  • Ensure all work meets high standards for quality, safety, and compliance.

  • Resolve field issues efficiently and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders.

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in high-end residential or luxury multifamily builds.

  • Proven track record of managing projects from ground-up to completion.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Local market knowledge and relationships with subcontractors are a plus.
