They focus on new construction and interior renovations, with a self-performing division that handles drywall, ceilings, carpentry, masonry, concrete, insulation, and specialty trades. Their services include general construction, construction management, and procurement. Most projects are located in DC and Maryland, with the Department of General Services (DGS) as their primary client. Their portfolio includes schools, parks, renovations, and upgrades, and they were recently awarded a $100 million design-build project. Description

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project performance to senior management.
