With decades of industry experience, they deliver ground‑up, renovation, and buildout projects across commercial, light industrial, distribution, cold storage, retail, and multifamily sectors. The business is known for promoting talent from within and offering significantly faster advancement than traditional general contractors.Description
As a Project Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and play a hands‑on role in delivering projects from early planning through final occupancy.- Manage projects through due diligence, design, construction, and close‑out phases
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain schedules and budgets
- Track costs, change orders, and project financial performance
- Lead project documentation, reporting, and client communication
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met on every project
- Support procurement and subcontractor buyout processes
- Contribute to continuous process improvement across the regional team
Profile
For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction or design‑build environments
- Exposure to ground‑up, tenant improvement, or buildout projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project controls
- Experience with construction management software (such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)
- High drive, accountability, and desire for rapid career progression
- Comfortable in a 'work hard, play hard' culture with high expectations
Job Offer
