Estimator - Commercial GC
We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction estimating and will play a key role in the preconstruction process-from analyzing plans and specifications to developing competitive bids and budgets.

We are looking for a talented Estimator to join our team and help lead the planning, design, and cost management of our exciting commercial construction projects.
Description
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns
Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to develop accurate and complete estimates
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and value engineering exercises
Ensure timely submission of proposals and RFP responses
Maintain historical cost data and continuously improve estimating tools and processes
Profile
5+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction
Proven track record of estimating projects $10 million or higher
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and materials
Proficient in estimating software (e.g., ProEst, Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar)
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
