Description

Construction Superintendent

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Manage and coordinate on-site activities, including subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and team members.
• General knowledge of Building and Construction Codes
