Project Engineer- Commercial Construction

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer with 1-3 years of construction experience to join a dynamic general contractor in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects in both commercial and healthcare sectors, gaining hands-on experience while supporting the successful delivery of high-quality builds.

Description

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, scheduling, and executing projects from start to finish.

• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and document control to maintain project accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.

• Support field operations with site visits, inspections, and progress tracking.

• Maintain project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• Ensure safety regulations are met and all site activities follow company and client guidelines.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• 1-3 years of relevant construction experience, ideally with exposure to both commercial and healthcare projects.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
