Project Engineer- Commercial Construction
We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer with 1-3 years of construction experience to join a dynamic general contractor in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects in both commercial and healthcare sectors, gaining hands-on experience while supporting the successful delivery of high-quality builds.

Description
Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, scheduling, and executing projects from start to finish.
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and document control to maintain project accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
Support field operations with site visits, inspections, and progress tracking.
Maintain project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Ensure safety regulations are met and all site activities follow company and client guidelines.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of relevant construction experience, ideally with exposure to both commercial and healthcare projects.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
