Description
Key Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - OSHPD Construction in Pasadena
- Oversee all aspects of OSHPD construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with healthcare construction regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and project teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure alignment on project goals.
